Wakeman, Ohio resident Robert Dudukovich has been sentenced in New Haven district court to 60 months in prison followed by seven years of supervised release after pleading guilty to one count of distribution of child pornography over the summer.
Between July 10 and Oct. 4, 2017, Dudukovich managed a chat group on “Kik,” a messaging app that allowed he and a group of others to “communicate about their sexual interest in young boys and to share and trade child pornography primarily depicting young boys engaged in sexually explicit conduct.”
According to John Durham, the United States Attorney for the District of Connecticut, Dudukovich shared images and videos of child porn with the group, including one person from Connecticut.
The porn included videos of a minor engaged in sexual acts with another minor, and a video of a minor engaged in a sexual act with an adult. Dudukovich also shared a link to his Dropbox account, which had additional images and videos of minors.
The investigation also determined that Dudukovich used his Tumblr account to access and view child pornography.
Dudukovich was arrested on Sept. 5 last year. Further analysis of Dudukovich’s laptop and cellphone, which were seized at the time of his arrest, revealed additional videos of child pornography. He’s been detained since his arrest.
